The pillow does make snoring stop. Look , the pillow has a slot for your arm right underneath, the foam cut out that is left over ,is to be sucked on.

speel apnea masks and other devices can cost up to $500, so stop looking at it as a $100 pillow, and instead a cheaper alternative to a $500 apparatus… thought the pillow wouldn’t be 100% effective like the medical devices are proven to be.

The T shirt will only help if your OSA is only ccuring on your back, Most people are worse on thier back, but it’s not likely that it’s exclusive to your back. See your doctor and have a sleep study done.

I started to deal with the gasping for air, a dry nose like the tongue sticking to the empty chamber of the roof of my mouth (I don’t have tonsils and adenoids). I wake up with anxiety and trying to breath. It is a scaring feeling. I just ordered the t-shirt.

Try polyphasic sleep. If you can work naps into your day, it’s easier to go on less sleep if you take naps rather than just have one long period of sleep.

Evan I had REALLY bad insomnia for 3 months which is why i uploaded this. I tried this sleep depravation thing for a few days. I am sleeping OK now thanks to tablets from the doctors. I am on Anti-Depressants, I’m not strictly depressed but they have made me sleep well. Good luck to you. Belive me I KNOW how hard life is being an insomniac

I never found sprays or strips to work. A pillow helped a bit, but it was the mouthguard that really worked – I got a SnoreMender, which works great.

not sure if i want this or the zquiet that changes how the jaw is positioned which stops snoring. i would think that this pillow may pinch nerves in my hubby’s shoulder. he already has something going in with his rotator cuff
