The T shirt will only help if your OSA is only ccuring on your back, Most people are worse on thier back, but it’s not likely that it’s exclusive to your back. See your doctor and have a sleep study done.

I bought the baby doll t-shirt. It is a long sleep t-shirt, very nice blue color, well constructed garment, and is very soft.

I started to deal with the gasping for air, a dry nose like the tongue sticking to the empty chamber of the roof of my mouth (I don’t have tonsils and adenoids). I wake up with anxiety and trying to breath. It is a scaring feeling. I just ordered the t-shirt.

Thanks a million for the idea, I tried something similar with tennis balls in a cycling T-shirt. I finished with more than 25years of long suffering.

The Snoring Isn’t Sexy website encourages patients to discuss their experiences with CPAP, Dental Mouthpieces and Pillar procedure. Visit the “Patient Comments” section and rate your appliance, CPAP or surgical procedure’s effectiveness.
