  Before you go for any expensive option or solution, can I ask a simple question?

  You might be referred to tried a lot of different methods (spray, mouth guard, nose clips, etc) but tell me frankly, Are you able to actually Sleep with these things dangling over your face? For me ‘No I Cant!’.
